On the Day of Honoring the Participants of the Liquidation of the Consequences of the Chernobyl Disaster, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy laid flowers to the commemorative sign to the Chernobyl Warriors and the memorial mound to the Heroes of Chernobyl.
The Head of State and participants of the ceremony honored memory of the fallen liquidators with a moment of silence.
Together with the President, the event was attended by Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov and Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk.
