The president of Sapat schools did not officially cross the border, the press service of the Bishkek police said.
A round-the-clock search is underway involving experienced employees of the investigative and operational divisions of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky district, the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, the Chui Region Department of Internal Affairs and the Interior Ministry, the statement said.
The law enforcers identified and interrogated dozens of witnesses, the statement said,
“Since Orhan Inandi’s kidnapping, operational mobile groups were created for checking public places, entertainment facilities, hotels, markets and shopping centers. In addition, parks, wooded areas, construction sites, basements, attics, new buildings, housing estates and summer houses are being checked,” the statement said.
Mobile and stationary checkpoints on the exit and entrances of the city check the cars.
The leadership of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs and the Interior Ministry took personal control of the case.
