President assigned the national status to Ivan Franko Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre of Ivano-Frankivsk
The President noted that during the Russian aggression, Ukraine had undergone difficult trials.
President Petro Poroshenko assigned the national status to Ivan Franko Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre of Ivano-Frankivsk. The Head of State signed the relevant Decree during the meeting with creative intellectuals in the theatre.
The President noted that during the Russian aggression, Ukraine had undergone difficult trials, Ukrainians had experienced the loss of relatives and friends who had given up their lives, defending the homeland from the enemy. According to him, the theatre performed not only abroad, but also in the east of Ukraine.
“Everything you’ve done in Kreminne, Sievierodonetsk has become a reason for my decision to assign the national status to Ivan Franko Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre of Ivano-Frankivsk,” Petro Poroshenko said.
“Thank you for the art that inspires love for Ukraine, unity of Ukrainians. We will never allow breaking our nation apart,” the Head of State stressed.
