President got himself acquainted with the operational situation at the frontline positions of the Armed Forces in Donbas
The President was also told about the peculiarities of monitoring the movement of the militants’ units.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the frontline positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a working trip to the area of the Joint Forces Operation. In particular, he visited the disengagement area № 3 “Petrivske”.
The Head of State got himself acquainted with the operational situation in this area. The President was informed that the recent situation there was controlled and quiet.
«I am glad that the disengagement of forces helped reduce shelling. We see the result. The servicemen see the result. We are working to coordinate new areas and to ensure peace in Donbas,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
The President was also told about the peculiarities of monitoring the movement of the militants’ units.
The Head of State visited one of the units and presented valuable gifts to three more military as a gratitude for their service.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked the military to care about their lives and health.
