President appointed new Kyiv RSA Head

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed new Kyiv RSA Head. According to Decree № 509/2019 signed by the Head of State on July 10, Mykhailo Bno-Airiian was appointed to this post.

Volodymyr Zelensky presented a certificate to the new RSA Head in Boryspil during a meeting with the officials of the Kyiv region.

The Head of State emphasized that along with the development of the region and the introduction of new technologies, the authorities should also keep in mind the daily issues of the residents.

“Do not forget about such problems as hospitals, kindergartens, schools – pay attention to these important things,” the President said.

The new RSA Head thanked the President for his trust and noted that it was a great honor for him to represent one of the key regions of Ukraine. “Kyiv region is unique because it is a metropolitan region. It is always in the public eye,” Mykhailo Bno-Airiian noted.

The official noted that he planned to completely change the approaches in his work, building it on the principles of transparency, openness, customer orientation and care for people.

“People are our clients, and we have to provide the maximum service for them,” he said.

The Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration also emphasized that he wanted to turn the region into a region with new opportunities for people, in particular, in the opening of business aspired by 40% of the region’s residents, according to the polls. He also stressed the need to turn the region to investors.

Mykhailo Bno-Airiian assured that he would start working immediately to change the situation in the Boryspil multiprofile hospital in the course of the year. He is also hopeful for the support by the territorial bodies of the central government and the security bloc, as well as for the establishment of cooperation with the regional council.

“I think we will finally start a new page of our relations. There should be a normal dialogue and cooperation,” the Kyiv RSA Head noted.
